By downloading, installing, or using Papertuck you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Papertuck is a document-management application that lets you scan, store, organise, and search personal documents on your device. Cloud sync and household sharing are available to Pro subscribers.
3. Free and Pro Plans
The free plan allows storage of up to 50 active documents on-device with no cloud sync. Pro unlocks unlimited documents, encrypted cloud sync, household sharing, and advanced reminders.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of all documents and data you store in Papertuck. We do not use your document content for advertising or share it with third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Papertuck to store content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for your account security.
6. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Documents can remain entirely on-device; cloud sync is strictly opt-in.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Papertuck is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Always keep independent backups of important documents.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for damages arising out of your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
